Physis Defense Systems, Inc.

These Terms of Service are issued by Physis Defense Systems, Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Delaware (131 Continental Dr Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713). Your access to or use of any product, service, or platform operated by Physis Defense Systems, Inc. constitutes acceptance of these terms. All agreements are governed under the jurisdiction of the State of Delaware.

Restricted Access

Access to platforms, tools, and information systems operated by Physis Defense Systems, Inc. is restricted to authorized personnel only. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interception of system communications is prohibited and may constitute a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and other applicable federal statutes.

Intellectual Property

All technology, inventions, architectures, trade secrets, and content developed by or licensed to Physis Defense Systems, Inc. are protected under applicable United States patent, copyright, and trade secret law. No license, right, or interest in any intellectual property is granted by virtue of accessing this platform.

Export Compliance

Technologies, software, and technical data made available by Physis Defense Systems, Inc. may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130). Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control requirements.
